Headaches can occur quite frequently during pregnancy, particularly in the first and third trimesters.

– Apply an ice pack or heating pad to your temple or shoulders

– Massage and loosen your muscles

– Exercise and stretch

– Use essential oils like peppermint, rosemary, or chamomile

– Keep a consistent sleep schedule
